I have a 3 bd/3 bath condo at Crimson Place condos in Tuscaloosa. I and my roommate are both in our final years of school. The condo we have is very nice with large TV, 3 parking spots, a pool, and ground floor. We are reasonably quiet and focused on school. Total rent cost will be roughly $700/month all included. That is $600/month base rent, plus split utilities.
