The room is 11'2"x10'2", freshly painted, and new carpet has been installed. The room has a twin size bed with a pullout twin bed underneath it. The house is located in Lake Ridge 10 miles west of Fort Belvoir, half a mile away from Interstate 95 and 1/2 mile away from the Occoquan River. There are two sheds for storage.
