My roommate is transferring next semester, so I'm looking for an awesome new female roommate attending Truman to live with me and my dog. That townhouse is the perfect size for two people and a dog, the kitchen is larger than most. I have everything but a microwave, so you wouldn't need to bring anything for the kitchen, and my living room has a big screen TV, couch, coffee table, etc. All you would need to bring would be your bedroom stuff and your wonderful self!
