Master Bedroom Private bath, in 2 bedroom, 2 bath down stairs apartment. I have lived here 2 years. I moved from Bay Area to take care of my father who has since passed away in January and I can no longer afford the rent on my own. I’ve been employed here in Modesto for past 18 months. My lease is up in July 2020. I would like to move however I’m sure thats not as easy as it sounds. With the right room mate I might consider staying. I really don’t want an eviction on my record.
