This is a nice, quiet property the movin-in date is actually flexible and the 6 month lease is what i desire I havent talked to the landlord yet abt that part...My daughter s well behaved, I just ask that my new roommate not have any children because it can cause parenting problems if you dont agree. Also, I like to play sometimes on the weekend but being a full time student and single mom, I dont have a lot of time for playing but try to catch it when I can.
