I am a single man, no kids, that works 40+ hours a week 9-5 at a medical company in St Louis Park. I have for the last year+ paid for a single apartment in St Louis Park that now is ending my month to month option and is raising my rent. I want to move out no later than end of July and have no problem paying rent at two places at once to connect the dots if need be. I am looking for an easy going roommate (have had roommates in the past with no problems) that is reliable with rent.
