$400 per month, utilities are included in that amount. We will have you sign a rental agreement stating that you will follow the house rules and be evicted if you break them. Not a party house at all. No alcohol, no indoor smoking whatsoever, absolutely no marijuana or other drugs. We would ask that the renter be fairly quiet, especially after 8pm. Renting to a single person, not a couple or family. Limit to 1 overnight guest per month with at least 24 hours notice. Master bedroom + bathroom.
