My current roommate is moving out in May due to graduation! The condo is 1200 sq ft. You will have your own bedroom and full size bath. Washer and dryer are across the hall from your bedroom. My bedroom is at the other end of the condo - so there is privacy for both. Kitchen has all appliances, living room is furnished. Utilities are to be split. Half of the water bill is typically $15. Half electric is typically $15-$30. I also own the condo. I have two cats that are de-clawed and fixed.
