Looking to rent room with private bathroom, preferably with utilities included and parking (street parking ok). I am a single 67 year old retired man looking for a clean, quiet room. I like to read, go to the gym, walk and being outdoors. I’m handy around the house and am willing to do small jobs, yard work, shoveling etc. in consideration of reduced rent. I’m extremely quiet, very clean and organized (former Navy). I’m a friendly guy but also like my privacy/solitude.
