It is in a quiet neighborhood, with very close proximity to UB, Daemen, and ECC. It is also very close to the Galleria Mall, and the airport. It's only a minute from the 33, and therefore only ten minutes from basically everywhere. There is off-street parking, and a nice big backyard.
