Entire first floor is what you would be renting. It will include a cable outlet and phone jack. You have a bathroom there and access to the washer and dryer. I am a single mother with two children. I work during the day and we are home after 7 on the weekdays and most of the weekends. I am an outgoing person and enjoy people.
