I am looking for a person to take my lease as I am not attending SCSU anymore and already signed this lease back in April. Therefore, I am not going to live in this apartment anymore. The apartment floor me and my roommates rented is the first floor. I would like it if you would contact me ASAP as many other people are interested but I am looking for a good fit to live with my roommates as well. My roommates are 2 college guys, but they are very polite, nice, and chill! Rent is $310 a month!
