I have a room for rent in Hollister in a very safe, quiet, single story condo that is available now. Rent is $700 monthly, but will be prorated for December. The deposit is $700 and can be paid by January 1st. Water & garbage is paid, we share all other utilities (which typically runs about $70 each +/-). You get all house priveledges, including use of washer and dryer. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown and just a couple blocks from grocery stores/shopping.
