Kinko's, CSU, fast food and dine-in, movie theater, bars, Rite-Aid, transportation and City Park are all within walking distance. King Sooper's, Blockerbuster, and gas stations are less than 5 minutes away. It's just like new; it's spacey; and it's affordable. The lease may be 6 mos. or 1 year depending.
