I am looking into renting a place and need a roommate I have two choises 1st is a trailer and then a 5bedroom house .the rent in the trailer is 500 a month plus deposit .And the house is 800 a month plus deposit and ulilites . I would need some one with good refs and a job or proof of monthley income. Do and will not have any o0ne who is i drugee or an hard drinker.
