Im renting out my room. It's a nice size bedroom and it uses the hall bathroom (but no one else uses that bathroom the other 2 rooms have a private bathroom) It's close to UCA and only 20 min from Little Rock. It's a good size house with a big living room and a decent size kitchen. It's got a washer and dryer with it and you split the utilities by the number of people in the house (I've never paid more then $50) It's really nice and quiet. Everyone works or goes to school.
