Graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2019, and moved down to south end in June. I have one half of a 2 bedroom lease ending July 1, 2021. Looking for someone to take over my portion, as I am looking to move in with my long time girlfriend. The room is 854 sq feet including bedroom, private bathroom, and walk in closet. The bedroom itself is spacious.I have a queen bed and a desk, and I still have plenty of extra space. Great proximity to bars and restaurants, and an awesome view of uptown.
