I'm a 57 year old Christian female, non-smoker, non-drinker. My lease is running out at the end of March and I am considering moving. Would like to share rent. I work and am home by 7 pm most nights, unless I'm visiting my mother on the weekends. I have a small dog that doesn't bark and is housebroken and 2 parakeets. I don't have any kids, so I won't have visitors.
