We are a family of 3(Husband,wife & our 2 1/2 yr old son) looking to rent our spare bedroom. We are non smokers, easy going & clean. We also have 2 adorable kitties. The room for rent is about 11 x 13 which faces the street. The room will be fully remodeled with new windows before you move in. The area is quiet & the neighbors are nice. We are a few minutes from Quakerbridge mall on Rt 1 and there are plenty of places to eat. The parks are minutes away.
