Let me start by saying that I am not looking for a relationship and you must believe that before we talk dates or money. I am 53 years old, my 12 and 9 year old boys live with me, every other day and I am a devoted dad. I was thinking of selling my home,(it is on the market) that my dad left to me when he died 3 months ago. I am divorced and at this moment, I am working with the bank to keep the house, because my dad left me a mortgage that is worth half the house. Nice house, nice home.
