My husband and I are looking to rent out a room in our home. It is available now. It is a good sized bedroom with a bathroom across the hall for your use. Rent is would be $400. $500 if you will be eating dinners with us. No pets, no smoking indoors. We are pretty laid back. The room is unfurnished although we do have an air mattress if you need. We prefer rent payments to be split bi-weekly if possible.
