Hi there! I am currently looking for someone to sublease my room to! It's in Roam Student Living Apartments at 305 E. Front St. The unit is a part of the Seely floor plan. I'm living in a 4-person apartment with three girls, all college-age. Everyone is very nice and chill so I don't think there would be any issues in terms of roommates. The bedroom is furnished with a shared bathroom. Rent is $620 a month up until July 31st, but the lease could be extended into the next year in the same room.
