It is a 3 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, in unit laundry, the only shared spaces are the kitchen and living room/dining room, and the WiFi, utilities, renters insurance and water is included in the rent. The room is private with a private bathroom and you can lock it. The lease is only for your room, so you don’t have to worry about other people rent. Looking for a female roommate, we are all current NMSU students as well.
