Hi! My daughter and her male roommate, both 19, are looking for a third roommate for their new-build townhouse in North Old Town. It's about 8 minutes from campus. You would have a bedroom and share a bathroom with the male roommate. The living room, kitchen, dining room, deck and laundry room are furnished. It is $900 per month and includes water, trash, recycling, Internet, HOA and solar panels. You would split gas and electric. They are looking for a roommate from May 10, 2024 to May 2025, but you can move in earlier if you need to! They are both quiet, clean, good students.
