The apartment is on the 1st floor, beautiful hardwood floors, WORKING fireplace, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, full bath, refrigerator, dishwasher, PLENTY of storage and space, of basement space, small little yard with a patio set and room for a grill/extra chairs. Utilities are not included, but I find them to be reasonable. We also have trash and recycling pick up. Landlord is awesome!!
