The apartment is 900 sqft; 2 br/1 ba full kitchen w/ fridge/washer/microwave and dining rm;stackable w/d hookups but I don't have a w/d yet; carpet + tile;rooms have heaters; rent doesn't include utilities we're responsible for water/electric/wifi.
