I’m currently a teacher in Harrisonburg. I am looking for a roommate to join me in a town home in grottoes. It is an end unit – probably the “most private” townhome in the neighborhood. This home has newer carpet and vinyl flooring. It is currently occupied, but the tenant is leaving late June/early July. It should be ready for move-in early to mid-July. Rent is 600 dollars a month plus utilities!
