It is a three bedroom two bath house. Central air, and heat. There is one room open with a shared bathroom. We are looking to add a female roommate! Currently two female roommates. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. We have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Also a shed for storage. Rent would include all utilities and then there is also a $500 deposit.
