I am a single mother of an 11 year old boy that only visits every other weekend. I am easy to get along with. I am willing to clean or do yard work for reduced rent. I prefer a room with a private entrance but it is not mandatory. If the bathroom is going to be shared it needs to stay clean, hate dirty bathrooms.
