I'm a 23 year old who will be attending EIU as a graduate student this fall. I have found an amazing house, but it's too big for just me. It has 3 bedrooms, is all hardwood floors, has a fireplace, washer/dryer, sunporch, backyard, garage, and more. Only 1/2 mile from campus.
