$425.00 would be half of the total rent and then there would be half of the utilities which is just water and electric and internet. I have a room available starting April 1, 2022. I am a single white female, age 45. No kids, no pets and the room is in a 2 br 1 bath duplex in Moore, OK. I'm really chill. Work M-F so I will be gone from 8 am to 6 pm. Looking for a single person or even maybe a couple to rent the room and we could split bills 3 ways. My current roommate is moving in April.
