Hey~~~ I have 2bedroom 1bathroom apt, and I'm looking to rent out 1bedroom and share bathroom with me. Also I have a small 5 pounds dog(never barks,very friendly), so you have to be dog friendly. It's just me and the dog! Room is bit small but apt is... awesome!!! About the apt: -in site laundry -central AC -close to the beach -apt has 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi -full gym and more!!!
