I am an UMES grad student looking to rent a room out in my house. The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath in a very nice neighborhood. My house is in Princess Anne, about a 15 minute drive to SU. I am looking to rent out to another student or someone who is very responsible and respectful. The house is fully furnished except for your room. I do have a cat. I am asking $500/month plus half of utilities (half is approx. $130)
