I am generally quiet, friendly, honest & a keep to myself homebody, who works a lot. I’m a fairly clean & i’m pretty low maintenance individual. I’ve lived alone for a while now. However, I’m looking for a new place to live & a roommate because i will be starting my graduate program at CSU. So I’m looking for a 2,3 bedroom house/apartment to live on a monthly rental near the university. I think too it’ll be nice to live with someone again & just hangout & have that camaraderie with. Also always on time when it comes to paying the bills. My budget can be negotiated higher or lower depending on the circumstances. Lastly, I know it maybe a problem for some but since I’ve stayed with both males and females for a long time now I don’t have a preference on the gender of my roommate.
