I am transferring to South Plains this Fall and need to find a place to live. I am pretty easy going. I like to keep things picked up, and would like someone that would keep shared living areas picked up. I would like to have on site laundry. A bathroom per bedroom would be nice, but not a must. I like to play soccer and be active outside. I play video games, listen to music and just like to hang out with friends. I will be a student and work part time. Monthly rent not set less would be nice
