There are lots of nearby amenities that the great city of Frisco has to offer like a community pool and biking/walking trails and Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt. We will gladly share our kitchen, breakfast area, 2 downstairs living areas, upstairs game room (if our future roommate has kids this room is great for them), formal dining room, downstairs half bath and backyard.
