i'm at El Mirage/Cactus. it's a big newer house on a corner lot with huge loft (17X17 ...empty for ya) and the 2 bedrooms are nice size too (14x11 +-). rooms have cable/internet/new ceiling fans/new solid pine doors... and 1 is pre-wired and dished for directTV. have wash/dry/micro/dish/new fridge/stove. lots of tile. i'm 200ft from a park. it's quiet and clean here... want to keep it that way. i love animals, but can't have any living here. need 425$ (slightly smaller bedroom is 400$) plus 1
