KrisOakland : 30 yr old Male

2 bedroom in Oakland very close to the University. Place is pretty nice and clean with a large living room, balcony, and eat-in kitchen. I am a student and my previous roommate just left fro grad school. She stayed in the slightly smaller bedroom because she liked the closet better. There are 2 cats here that for some reason don't seem to like other animals, but they are VERY nice to humans and you can barely know their here most of the time. Also male or female does not matter.
