I am renting the Master bedroom which has it's own private bath. You will have full use of the house and washer/dryer. Rent includes all utilities, cable, wifi, etc...Currently there are 2 other people who live in the house, one is my son, 21- who is a firefighter/emt with Montgomery county, and is also in school getting his Medic's license- rarely home- The other is a 21 year old female, wonderful girl, and she's a student,rarely home. Also, we have 2 cats.
