Rent costs I pay $500 a month plus $55 electric and $55 for water. I'd ask that you pay half of all bills so rent would be at the least $305 a month. A little about the apartment It is a nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment (duplex) It has a refrigerator & Stove (plus a microwave that I bought). There isn't a washer or dryer but there is a laundromat in town. (couple blocks away)
