The apartment is a two bedroom with a shared bath. The second bedroom has a window, closet, and a door with a lock! There is a shared closet in the hall, as well as in the bathroom. I personally dont really need to counter space around the sink so by all means if you want/need it. The the shower/ toilet has a door separating it from the mirror and the sink so it does, in my opinion, make it easier to share a bathroom.
