I am a 28 yr old woman, non-smoker, and I am looking for a roommate. My apt is a 2 br, 2 bath, 4th floor in a building. Commuter rail is seconds away, and we are alloted 2 parking spaces. Laundry is on the 2nd floor, and rent is $750, with a $750 deposit. Heat and HW is included, elec is $50 except during the summer (AC). I currently pay $150 for cable, internet and phone, but want to toss the phone and cut back to bare min for cable and internet. The lease is monthly.
