If you want to lower the rent, you can help around the house by feeding the pets, $10. Taking the garbage cans out $5. If I need other things done, I will be willing to deduct it from your rent. It is a serene place to live. If you smoke or do drugs, please don't bother to contact me. You will have your own fridge, t.v. and WiFi and someone who cleans every other week.
