The apartment complex is called Ashford Apartments...they are very nice and in a safe part of Davenport...I'm not exactly sure which corner though...I didn't pay much attention to whether there was 1 or 1.5 bathrooms...at first I was just looking at a 1 bedroom so I can find out later. The rent might be a little bit more but no more than $400. Heat is paid for and we would split the $250 deposit...
