He needs decent roommate who is around his age if possible he is on a fixed income. He has extremely good personal hygiene and he is single. He just needs a safe and comfortable place. he does not use any drugs or drink he goes to bed early and he gets up pretty early and is completely self-sufficient. She likes to watch a little TV but he mostly sticks to himself.
