The apartment is located in a house that is split into 3 apartments, each with their own entrance. This unit is on the second floor. While it does not have air conditioning it does have ceiling fans that circulate air and keep it pretty cool most days. The heat is included but we still pay a gas bill for the hot water only. Pets are allowed by the landlord but I'd like to be upfront about the fact that there are already several dogs residing here (I have 2, and currently house a foster dog).
