The property is a second story duplex. The apartment has been newly remodeled two years ago when I moved in. It has brand new appliances including, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It also has central air and gas heat. Outside we have a shared courtyard with the apartment downstairs and a soon to be built deck off of our apartment.
