My house has lots of character, all hard wood floors, and decent sized rooms. I basically have 1.5 baths so there may need to some sharing (but I am very clean!). Its on a moderatly busy street, but in a great neighborhood (central, minutes from downtown, lots of trees, nice houses). I've got a huge deck and nice yard. I've got a basement too-but I am trying to fix it up a bit. Above all its pretty quite and a great place to live, study and just relax or hang out.
