Garbage dumpster is across from my apartment, which is very convenient. The apartment complex has 2 pools and is Close to Hilliard-Rome Rd. Looking for someone to sign another lease with me as my current roommate is moving. Average bill for all utilities is around $150 per month. This lease is up in October but I need to sign the next lease by mid August.
