It's the upper apartment in a 2 family property in Newport. I actually don't have it yet. I'm currently in Dallas, Tx and I had a roommate lined up for when I return in January, but it fell through - after I sort of fell in love with the apartment. Anyway, what I'd really like to find is someone who could set up a walk through of the apartment and talk face to face with the landlord to secure the place so that when I get home in early January, we can just sign the lease and move right in.
